As a Strategic Partnerships Manager at Punchcard, this role is crucial in nurturing strong, strategic relationships with our prospects and clients. This position is essential in comprehending our clients' business objectives, delivering solutions that drive their success, and ensuring their experience with us is seamless, effective, and exceeds expectations. You will work closely with our project teams to provide outstanding service and support our clients' growth and transformation objectives.

Expectations of this Role

In your role, you will have responsibilities in:

Business Development:
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and generate leads through proactive outreach.
  • Utilize various channels including cold calling, digital outreach strategies, networking events, partnerships, and RFP responses.
  • Facilitate sales discussions with leads and convert them into opportunities when there is a fit.
  • Guide opportunities through the Punchcard sales process and convert them into closed business.
  • Collaborate with members of the business development team to identify and expand opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling our services.
  • Work with internal teams to identify and develop tailored solutions that align with clients' needs and objectives.
  • Host presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services to prospective clients.
  • Support the business development team in creating content for sales materials, proposals, presentations, and bids.
  • Utilize our CRM to track and manage sales activities, forecast revenue targets, and report against goals.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Understand client needs and objectives, ensuring their strategic goals are met through the solutions provided by Punchcard.
  • Identify potential client opportunities and develop recommendations for projects and services.
Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate closely with the Punchcard growth team to contribute to a successful business development strategy to ensure revenue quota attainment.
  • Develop an individual strategic plan to achieve revenue targets and meet Punchcard goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and best practices to advise clients effectively and maintain Punchcard's competitive edge.
What you will bring to Punchcard:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working with business strategy and technology opportunities in a consulting or sales-related role.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite, particularly Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and experiment in areas that may be outside your comfort zone.
  • Comfort with technology and a passion for storytelling.
  • A high level of initiative, motivation, and enthusiasm.
