Troy Life & Fire Safety is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service personnel, ensuring seamless delivery of our services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service personnel for pre-scheduled inspections, deficiency repairs, and service work
- Schedule technicians for emergency service calls and repairs as requests arise
- Coordinate with preferred subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist in preparing quotes and proposals for customers
- Maintain accurate records and process documents with efficiency
- Field requests from customers for service calls and contact customers to pre-arrange services
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and high level of computer proficiency
- Experience in dispatching and scheduling/coordinating service personnel required
- Ability to adjust to constantly changing priorities and maintain strong organizational skills
- Good customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 2-year diploma in Office Administration/Business program or equivalent work experience preferred
