We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bakery Labourer to join our team at Balkana European Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials to and from production areas.
- Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines.
- Remove filled containers from conveyors and manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers.
- Feed and unload processing machines, and check products and packaging for basic quality defects.
- Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties, and clean machines and immediate work areas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a hot environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production schedules and priorities.
