We're seeking a highly skilled Automotive Warranty Sales Representative to join our team at The Headhunters Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the automotive industry in Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships to promote and sell our warranty products.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the Alberta territory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to dealerships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the automotive sector, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with dealerships and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel and meet with clients face-to-face, as needed.
  • Knowledge of the automotive landscape, with experience in after-sale products and/or finance office roles considered an asset.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $100,000, depending on experience.
