Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, negotiate, and edit asset purchase, stock purchase, and ancillary agreements in connection with the sale of a company.
  • Maintain working knowledge of market terms in small and middle market mergers and acquisitions.
  • Maintain working knowledge of tax, intellectual property, employment, privacy, and related matters that arise in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Advise companies regarding corporate governance and fiduciary duty related matters.
  • Attract and maintain great relationships with emerging company clients.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
