Operations Supervisor Job Description

At MY MORTGAGE CONSULTANT INC., we are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing analysis and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work problems, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate and assign work tasks, establish work schedules and procedures, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 administrative clerks, general office clerks, and record and file clerks.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
