About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Sterling Kitchens & Bath Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Office Procedures: Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines to optimize productivity and workflow.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our team members.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and other information to support our business decisions.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Reception: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our company.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
Work Environment
