About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisor Sales Efficiency to join our Commercial Banking team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving sales efficiency and effectiveness across the Commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy sales initiatives to enhance sales practices, employee development, and change management in the Commercial sector.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver large-scale projects and take ownership of initiative content to facilitate understanding and adoption.
  • Contribute to communication strategies aimed at the sales force and influence internal partners on deployment and adoption strategies.
  • Identify needs in the field and manage expectations with various stakeholders.
About the Team

You will report to the Senior Manager - Commercial Banking Sales Effectiveness and be part of a well-established team that plays a prominent role within the Commercial banking family. We prioritize continuous learning and development, offering a range of methods to enrich your skills and expertise.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree related to the field and seven years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the field and five years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in sales and business development in the Commercial sector, particularly at the commercial banking center level.
  • Good knowledge of Commercial financing, deposits, and cash management products.
  • Desirable experience in change management and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in strategic communication and writing.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and demonstrate political acumen.
