About the Role

The Training Manager will be a key member of the Customer Care Team at Menkes Developments Ltd., responsible for delivering training to all Customer Care Teams in accordance with brand standards. This role will also involve documenting processes and standardizing customer communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Customer Care Managers and Team Leads to assess requirements, create and implement training plans, and oversee progress.
  • Develop and document existing procedures to introduce training that enhances efficiency.
  • Create innovative learning resources through needs assessments to implement effective and engaging training for new hires and continued education for existing Team members.
  • Build trust through strong facilitation and presentation skills to engage the audience.
  • Oversee the management of training curriculum and partner with external resources to determine suitable training.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships cross-functionally to enhance Customer Care standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to inform training and development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Arts, Business Administration, or Education.
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in a similar role with a proven ability to design, develop, and execute engaging blended learning programs.
  • Experience in the residential construction industry is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.
  • High degree of proficiency with technology and ability to adapt to new systems and tools.
