Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute cloud adoption strategies for our most strategic customers, leveraging your expertise in cloud services and migrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, and solutions architecture, to drive customer success and satisfaction.
- Lead technical and non-technical transformation project teams, ensuring successful program completion and customer benefits realization.
- Interface with customer and AWS senior leadership, driving collaboration and innovation across the organization.
- Translate strategic objectives into executable actions, managing cadence and program management functions to ensure customer success.
- 5+ years of leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, and successful program completion.
- 5+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
- Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects.
- Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams.
- Experience working at or consulting for a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business.
- Experience transforming a software company from a traditional software license business model to a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model.
