MPA Recruitment Ltd is excited to collaborate with a dedicated private organization focused on enhancing the well-being of children and their families. In this position, you will deliver home-based, evidence-driven interventions for children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental challenges.
This role offers you the flexibility to determine your working hours, locations, and the volume of clients you wish to engage with, catering to a variety of schedules including daytime, evening, and weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments in the clients' residences utilizing standardized evaluation tools.
- Design individualized treatment plans and establish SMART objectives in partnership with families.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Engage actively in coaching sessions with clients and their families.
- Track client progress and modify treatment strategies as required.
- Comply with the CASLPO Code of Ethics and adhere to best practice standards in your interactions with families.

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in providing home-based therapeutic services.
