Counsellor Specialist

Located in the unceded territories of the Coast Salish and Nuu-chah-nulth peoples, primarily the T'Sou-ke Nation, Sc'ianew Nation, Pacheedaht Nation, Songhees Nation territories, Sea to Tree Health & Wellness Ltd. was born from the desire to create more opportunities for people to access local wellness services.

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Counsellor Specialist to join our team at Sea to Tree Health & Wellness Ltd. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing therapeutic services that cater to their unique needs.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
• Work with clients to identify and achieve their goals
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Master's degree in Counselling or a related field
• Registered Clinical Counsellor, Registered Social Worker, Registered Psychologist, or Registered Psychiatrist
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
