About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Holistic Life Enhancement Specialist to join our team at InclusiveTherapists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate mental and emotional well-being through non-clinical and creative social work methods, including talk therapy, poetry and life story writing, video and podcast creation, and art or verbal arts expression.
  • Provide centered client support and critically apply and adapt the Humanity Principle to all work.
  • Advocate for disability justice and provide consultations on advocacy project partnerships.
  • Seek grants to support initiatives and network to develop networking support methods.
  • Offer free consultations and customizable workshops and presentations, and integrate practical solutions to address accessibility, service provision, and organizational challenges.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's and master's degree in social work and relevant lived experience.
  • Experience working with 18+ wheelchair users in Ontario.
  • Ability to provide individual and organizational services virtually.
