Job Title: Asset Management Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Director to join our team at Kiewit Development Company. As a key member of our asset management team, you will be responsible for providing commercial and technical expertise to our projects in construction and operations.

About the Role

The Asset Management Director will be located in Toronto, Canada, and will work closely with our geographically dispersed team across North America. You will support our asset management team by providing both commercial and technical expertise to our projects, ensuring compliance with project agreements and managing project risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the project company in communications with clients, design-builders, and operators
  • Manage project company reporting, including preparation, review, and presentation of reporting materials
  • Identify, monitor, and manage project risks
  • Oversee design-build and operator contractors in the fulfillment of their respective obligations
  • Manage change orders, claims, and disputes
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in business or engineering
  • 10 years of experience in a relevant role, with 5+ years of experience providing technical and commercial oversight in the infrastructure, building, transportation, or industrial sector
  • Ability to review and interpret complex legal and financial agreements
  • Experience presenting materials to project or company boards of directors
