Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy and Approach:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for various business units and job families.
    • Lead the identification, attraction, and hiring of top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with our organizational values and equity, diversity, and inclusion strategy.
    • Build strong relationships with hiring leaders, HR Strategic Partners, and HR Business Advisors to ensure the right candidates are hired at the right time.
    • Monitor industry trends to ensure our talent acquisition strategies are innovative and competitive.
  • Enhanced Candidate Experiences and Engagement:
    • Manage the talent acquisition process, from initial contact through to offer acceptance, including identifying, assessing, and selecting the right candidates for our needs.
    • Create a positive candidate experience throughout the process, influencing leaders to adjust approach as needed.
    • Implement innovative candidate engagement strategies that differentiate our organization in a competitive talent market.
  • Strengthening Internal Processes and Practices:
    • Continuously improve talent acquisition processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
    • Leverage technology and data analytics to drive decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.
    • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align recruitment practices with business needs and strategic objectives.
    Requirements
    • Demonstrated extensive experience in talent acquisition for challenging technical and professional roles.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful and innovative talent acquisition approaches.
    • Strong understanding of talent acquisition technology, tools, and best practices.
    • Adept with technology and comfortable leveraging it to improve processes.
    • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Supportive of other team members and comfortable asking for help when needed.
    • Proactive and comfortable working with ambiguity.
