Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 15149576 CANADA INC.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for chef
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a restaurant environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires standing for extended periods and physical demands.
