Retail Sales Manager

Mission City Wireless is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive customer satisfaction. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and determining merchandise and services to be sold.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 sales staff, assign duties, and conduct performance reviews to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, locate and select products for resale, and plan budgets to monitor revenues and expenses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, provide excellent oral communication, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Store Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, including supervising office and volunteer staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail sales experience.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
- Personal Qualities: Adaptability, analytical skills, creativity, efficiency, energetic, goal-oriented, hardworking, integrity, outgoing, positive attitude, time management, client focus, excellent oral communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, and ability to multitask.
