Retail Sales Manager

Mission City Wireless is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive customer satisfaction. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and determining merchandise and services to be sold.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 sales staff, including recruiting, hiring, and conducting performance reviews.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including budget planning and monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with office and volunteer staff to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail sales management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
