Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient restocking processes.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Training and Development: Train and develop sales floor staff, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Will train, with a focus on developing skills and knowledge in retail management and customer service.
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
