THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The Human Resources Manager will concentrate on all facets of employee development, including recruitment, retention, and strategic planning. This role will function as a generalist while incorporating administrative responsibilities. A solid understanding of policy and procedure development is essential, as this position aims to foster a positive culture and work environment for all employees.

With a focus on standardization and an understanding of the architecture consultancy landscape, this role will lead HR initiatives and collaborate with teams across the country and globally to cultivate effective employee practices. The HR Manager will work closely with the Senior Executive team to devise strategies that promote employee growth and development, supporting the organization as a whole. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field
  • CHRP designation is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or Manager role
  • Experience in the architecture, engineering, or design sectors is advantageous
  • Proven experience in developing HR policies, plans, and procedures
  • Experience with HRIS implementation is beneficial
  • Highly organized with a track record of managing projects from inception to completion
  • Strong expertise in strategic HR practices, recruitment, and retention strategies
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
