We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Big Horn Cafe LTD.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in food service an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Standing for extended periods and attention to detail.
- Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and team player.
- Dental plan.

- English language.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
