Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Radium. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules, supervise and coordinate activities of staff, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Staff Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Culture and Diversity: Develop and implement programs to support newcomers and refugees, including mentorship programs, diversity and cross-cultural training, and cultural competency training.
- Indigenous Support: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers, and provide cultural competency training to all employees.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
