Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required, providing management with accurate and timely information.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate and Serving It Right Certificate.
Work Environment:

Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail. You will be standing for extended periods and working in a team environment.
