We're seeking a skilled Field Content Evaluator to join our Property Claims team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our customers by evaluating and appraising damaged or lost residential and commercial office contents.
Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring prompt, equitable settlement of content losses, in line with our corporate policies, procedures, and standards. You'll be responsible for reviewing schedules of loss, ensuring completeness of documentation, and conducting pricing comparisons to determine the replacement cost of damaged or lost items.
As a Field Content Evaluator, you'll work closely with adjusters and customers to manage and settle the content portion of claims in a timely and effective manner. Your strong attention to detail, excellent investigation and researching abilities, and adaptability will be essential in this role.
We're looking for a candidate with prior claims experience, preferably using Exclaim software. A university degree or relevant training and experience will also be considered. If you're a forward thinker, able to foster new ideas, and thrive in a collaborative team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
