Supply Chain Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Director to join our team at Paint Shop. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our supply chain strategy to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics Operations Management: Oversee the end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
- Purchasing and Procurement: Manage the purchasing of products while maintaining adequate inventory levels and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and manage forecasts to maximize supply chain operations and identify potential opportunities and issues.
- Merchandising and Inventory Management: Create and manage the merchandising review schedule, which includes listing and delisting decisions for specific categories, and manage shelf management in the retail store network.
- Supplier Relations: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with current and new suppliers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years' experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills and Abilities: Exceptional analytical skills, strong relationship building skills, impeccable organization and time management skills, and outstanding attention to detail.
