Job Summary
The Paint Shop is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Supply Chain. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure adequate inventory levels and optimal costs.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Analyze and manage forecasts to maximize supply chain operations and identify potential opportunities and issues.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to ensure a well-balanced selection of products.
- Manage and facilitate shelf management in the retail store network.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in supply chain management.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
