Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy to optimize logistics, procurement, and inventory management processes.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
- Lead the purchasing process, ensuring adequate inventory levels and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
- Manage the distribution center, including receipt, storage, and shipment of products.
- Develop and maintain effective supplier relationships to ensure category and industry benchmarks are achieved.
- Analyze and manage forecasts to maximize supply chain operations and identify potential opportunities and issues.
- Create and manage the merchandising review schedule, including listing and delisting decisions for specific categories.
- Manage and facilitate shelf management in the retail store network, including inventory reduction plans.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with current and new suppliers.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Impeccable organization and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation or working towards is considered an asset.
- Thorough knowledge and experience in data analysis.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office Suite.
