**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Director to join our team at Paint Shop. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our supply chain strategy to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Analyze and manage forecasts to maximize supply chain operations and identify potential opportunities and issues.
- Create and manage the merchandising review schedule, including listing and delisting decisions for specific categories.
- Manage and facilitate shelf management in the retail store network, including inventory reduction plans.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with current and new suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success.
- Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation or working towards is considered an asset.
- Thorough knowledge and experience in data analysis and MS Office Suite.
