Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Enormous Leadership Development Corporation. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and support other administrative staff members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Meeting Management: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Office Procedures: Develop and implement office procedures and routines to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient office environment.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
