Position Overview

As an Office Operations Specialist at Ark Truck & Trailer Repair Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative processes. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our office environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and refine new administrative protocols to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assign tasks to office support personnel to ensure optimal workflow.
  • Set work priorities and guarantee adherence to established procedures and timelines.
  • Manage the administrative functions of the organization.
  • Coordinate and strategize for office services, including logistics, supplies, and maintenance.
