Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience is preferred.
- Assess and refine new administrative protocols to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assign tasks to office support personnel to ensure optimal workflow.
- Set work priorities and guarantee adherence to established procedures and timelines.
- Manage the administrative functions of the organization.
- Coordinate and strategize for office services, including logistics, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assist in formulating the operational budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight.
- Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Supervise and streamline office administrative processes.
Oversee a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
Technical ProficiencyProficient in:
- MS Excel

This role requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
