Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and Manage Office Operations
Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Manage Daily OperationsDirect and control daily operations, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.
Provide Administrative SupportProvide administrative support to the team, including scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answering electronic enquiries.
Manage Office Supplies and InventoryOrder office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are available when needed.
Perform Data Entry and Bookkeeping TasksPerform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Provide Customer ServiceProvide customer service to internal and external clients, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
