About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Right Advice and Investments Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and Manage Office Operations

Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Manage Daily Operations

Direct and control daily operations, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.

Provide Administrative Support

Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answering electronic enquiries.

Manage Office Supplies and Inventory

Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are available when needed.

Perform Data Entry and Bookkeeping Tasks

Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Provide Customer Service

Provide customer service to internal and external clients, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
