Seasonal Sales Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Support to join our team at Tiffany & Co. during the holiday season. As a Seasonal Sales Support, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Experience: Provide warm and welcoming service to clients, ensuring they have a memorable experience commensurate with the Tiffany brand.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to improve the client experience, provide hospitality and store amenities, and build personalized experiences.
- Operational Support: Assist with engraving station, lead floor waiting lists, and ensure the hospitality area is fully stocked and clean.
- Communication: Communicate with management any potential service issues with waiting clients and assist with operational policies and procedures.
- Availability: Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience: Previous retail or luxury retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize while balancing multiple tasks.
- Cultural Fit: Capability to work with a diverse client base and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
