Key Responsibilities
Sales and Service
- Maximize sales opportunities to achieve team sales targets
- Create a positive and rewarding customer experience through warm and hospitable interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by prioritizing customer needs
- Stay current with industry trends to identify opportunities for sales growth
Clientele Development
- Identify and exceed customer needs and expectations
- Utilize marketing tools and technologies to build relationships and new business
- Collect meaningful customer data for future relationship-building opportunities
Seasonal Sales Support
- Assist with daily inventory counts and visual merchandising
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Ensure store appearance reflects current visual guidelines
- Partner with support team in repair and customer communication processes
- Assist with cleaning and delivery procedures
Teamwork
