As a Client Ambassador, you will be responsible for upholding the Hillberg & Berk culture and creating an environment that exceeds client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting monthly sales targets while promoting brand initiatives to all customers
  • Providing support to ensure the store maintains visual presentation standards
  • Sharing customer feedback, business trends, and recommendations to the Retail Store Management Team

About the role:

  • Minimum of two years retail sales experience
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
