Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Service:
    • Maximize all selling opportunities to achieve team sales targets
    • Create a positive and rewarding client experience through warm and hospitable interactions
    • Provide exceptional customer service by prioritizing customer needs
    • Remain current and knowledgeable of industry trends to identify sales opportunities
  • Clientele Development:
    • Identify and exceed customer needs and expectations
    • Utilize marketing tools and technologies to build relationships and new business
    • Collect meaningful customer data for future client development opportunities
  • Seasonal Sales Support:
    • Assist with daily inventory counts
    • Answer and direct incoming calls
    • Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
    • Partner with the support team in the repair process and follow up on customer communication
    • Assist with cleaning of client jewelry
    • Assist with delivery procedures
    • Support ad hoc operational requests
  • Teamwork:
    • Be aware of the impact of behavior on others

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess computer skills to operate the retail POS system and MS Office programs
  • Be flexible to work in various roles based on business needs
  • Be flexible to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
