Job Summary:

The Lincoln Concierge will be responsible for providing premium support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with warmth and efficiency. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized concierge support to our Lincoln family, ensuring their needs are met with warmth and efficiency.
  • Support the sales department during new car delivery, ensuring a quick and efficient delivery experience.
  • Handle customer vehicles with care, upholding high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Provide off-site vehicle presentations to new car sales customers when appropriate.
  • Assist with general showroom maintenance and lot maintenance when the porter is unavailable.
  • Work with the team to meet the needs of our clients, including personal greetings, access to loaner vehicles, lounge amenities, and surprise-and-delight interactions.

Requirements:

  • Clean and insurable driving record.
  • Familiarity with the Winnipeg area and its surrounding regions.
