About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lincoln Concierge. As a professional ambassador of our first impressions with our customers, you will maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a healthy team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide premium experiences for our Lincoln family by ensuring their needs are personally crafted and effortlessly met.
  • Support the sales department during new car delivery, ensuring a quick and efficient delivery experience.
  • Handle customer vehicles with attention to detail, upholding high standards of cleanliness and care.
  • Provide off-site vehicle presentations to new car sales customers when appropriate.
  • Assist with general showroom maintenance and lot maintenance when the porter is unavailable.
  • Work with the team to meet the needs of our clients, including personal greetings, access to loaner vehicles, lounge amenities, and surprise-and-delight interactions.

Requirements:

  • A clean and insurable driving record is essential.
  • Familiarity with the Winnipeg area and its surrounding regions is highly advantageous.
