Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Deli/Cheese Department Manager. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the deli and cheese department, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling you to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Deli and Cheese Department Management
    • Manage the daily operations of the deli and cheese department, including inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation.
    • Ensure that all products are displayed and merchandised in a visually appealing and organized manner.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other store team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Participate in store meetings and contribute to the development of store initiatives and promotions.
  • Store Operations
    • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
    • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
