About the Role

The Team Lead is a key member of the store team, responsible for linking the leadership team and sales associates by assisting in operational functions and motivating the team to exceed goals. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Team Lead provides support and coverage to the Store and Assistant Managers in their absence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the operational functions of the store, including POS management, daily banking procedures, and submitting timely reports.
  • Model desired selling and customer service behaviors at all times to promote an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Lead a sales team, viewed as a leader among peers, and provide coaching and feedback to associates.
  • Partner with store management to execute action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all store operational activities.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to the leadership team that result in increased productivity and improved operations of the store.
  • Assist in resolving customer service matters and oversee and delegate tasks to the team to maximize efficiency of store operations.
  • Communicate individual and/or team performance feedback to store management and ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
