About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Renovation Consultant to join our team at Bath Fitter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our sales teams, evaluating commercial requests, and proposing customized solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze business requests received and act as an expert advisor to confirm feasibility and propose a product solution
  • Present the tested and approved products to the Project Manager and the client
  • Visit client premises to carry out detailed assessments of specific project needs and establish relationships of trust with them
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure impeccable project delivery
  • Design and perfect prototypes by carrying out repetitive testing using mock-ups to validate concepts and functionalities
  • Travel to customers to carry out installations of personalized products and solutions
Requirements
  • Hold a college diploma in mechanical production or in a field related to plastics
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
  • In-depth knowledge of construction materials
  • Excellent ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems
  • Ability to work with manual tools and read plans
  • Bilingualism, French and English
  • Must be able to travel within Canada, the United States, and other countries (50%)
