Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager, Cruise Ships to oversee and coordinate renovation projects with cruise ship customers. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure the smooth running of projects from start to finish, maintaining strong relationships with customers and delivering projects on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management and Coordination

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project progress, including finance, technical services, and the installation team.
  • Work closely with the Product Integration Manager to provide technical leadership.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and cruise ship customers.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary resource for cruise ship customers, anticipating their needs and proactively responding to any questions or concerns.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert services and recommendations to achieve their refurbishment project goals.

Communication with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with the technical services team to ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Promote clear communication and coordination with the technical services team.
  • Ensure good communication with the management team and set realistic expectations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, customer relationship management, large commercial project management, or similar experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, post-graduate diploma in project management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in the cruise ship, construction, or renovation sector.
  • Knowledge of technical details related to production and renovation projects.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including international travel.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
