About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Four Seasons Whistler. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to staff and guests, including troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software issues.
  • Maintain and manage staff-facing technologies, including Windows, PMS, and POS systems.
  • Assist with the completion of daily IT checklists and tasks, ensuring the hotel's systems and servers are running smoothly.
  • Ensure the hotel is following PCI policy and maintaining the highest standards of data security.
  • Support IT projects within the hotel, working closely with the IT team to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Monitor the performance of all systems and servers, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or a professional IT qualification such as CCNA or MCSE.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of spoken and written English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
