About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team at Four Seasons Whistler. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and guests, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and assistance to staff and guests, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain and manage staff-facing technologies, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
- Assist with the completion of daily IT checklists and tasks, ensuring the hotel's systems and infrastructure are running smoothly.
- Ensure the hotel is following PCI policy, maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.
- Support IT projects within the hotel, working collaboratively with the IT team to deliver successful outcomes.
- Monitor the performance of all systems and servers, identifying and resolving issues before they impact our operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of spoken and written English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in Canada, with a valid work permit or visa.
