Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TACO TIME. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Develop and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize resources
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail
