The Position Head of Infrastructure and Operations is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of IT infrastructure for SSC Perfumes & Cosmetics offices, warehouses, factories, boutiques, and counters.

The role includes ensuring a high-performance, stable, and secure technical environment to support users, applications, and business operations.

The Position Head will develop and execute strategic plans to proactively manage the IT infrastructure and provide maximum value.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership, global and local IT, business, and operations, is essential for aligning technology strategies with the company's standards and objectives.

Responsibilities also include the development and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), as well as managing the helpdesk and support team to provide services to SSC Perfumes & Cosmetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and secure IT infrastructures
  • Strong knowledge of networking, server technologies, storage systems, databases, and communication systems
  • Solid understanding of information security principles and best practices
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving goals
  • Extensive experience in vendor management and service outsourcing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least 12 years of working experience
  • ~8 years in an Infrastructure management position in a large-scale MNC environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure IT infrastructures
  • Strong knowledge of networking, server technologies, storage systems, databases, and communication systems
  • Solid understanding of information security principles and best practices
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving goals
