Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a variety of mechanical services, including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance.
  • Mentor and guide apprentices, sharing your knowledge and helping to cultivate their skills in a nurturing environment.
  • Collaborate with a highly skilled team, working on a diverse range of vehicles, from standard passenger cars to light trucks.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety and quality in all tasks performed.

Qualifications for Success

  • Certification as a 310 Automotive Service Technician.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignment.
  • Proficient in inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, service, and repair across various vehicle types.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to thrive in a physically demanding role that involves heavy lifting and continuous movement.
  • Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in a safety-focused work environment.
  • Capability to assist in identifying potential mechanical opportunities alongside the Sales team.
