Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a variety of mechanical services, including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance.
- Mentor apprentices, sharing your knowledge and helping them develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications for Success:
- Certified as a 310 Automotive Service Technician.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignment.
- Proficient in inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, service, and repair across various vehicle types.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to thrive in a physically demanding role that involves heavy lifting and continuous movement.
- Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in a safety-focused work environment.
- Capability to assist in identifying mechanical opportunities alongside the Sales team.
