Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Must hold a valid 310 Automotive Service Technician certification.
- At least 3 years of practical experience with front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignment.
- Proficient in inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, servicing, and repairs across a variety of vehicles.
- Ability to thrive in a physically demanding role that includes heavy lifting and continuous movement.
- Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Awareness and experience in a safety-oriented work environment.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Capability to assist in identifying potential mechanical opportunities alongside the Sales team.
