About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Loblaw Digital. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Frame problems and opportunities to address customer and business needs
  • Develop user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to sequence design work and ensure successful implementation
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions
  • Contribute to the development of our design system and ensure consistency across platforms
  • Measure and analyze the performance of designs post-launch and make data-driven decisions to optimize
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on digital product design
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions that meet business objectives
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-centered design methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform design decisions
