About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Loblaw Digital. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital platforms, including our eCommerce, Media, Health, and Loyalty journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Frame problems and opportunities to address customer and business needs
  • Design and develop user-centered solutions that meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet business requirements
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms
  • Measure and analyze design performance to inform future design decisions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on user experience and user interface design
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful digital products
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and design thinking
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision
  • Strong understanding of web development principles and technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
